Subject: [PATCH] Revert "Remove scheme and path from base_url (now only host)"

This reverts commit 637559f596c00e4747f3e3e84487bcc20a5f864d.
Apparently the example value in the config on getzola.org were wrong and this info is still
necessary. :(
